I got the Flex today and hooked it up. When I turn on the TV and Flex, I get the initial Welcome message (in three languages). When I insert the batteries in the X15 remote, I get the three quick blue blinks. But when I press the Voice button (like the remote instructions say), the remote LED blinks red and the Flex doesn't do anything.
